We Get Paid on Moving Products
During a recent conversation with a prospective Distributor, the question was asked "how does a NuSkin Distributors got paid?". The husband and wife team were turned off my plans that pay Distributors for recruiting others. They were very pleased to know that NuySkin does "not" pay Distributors to recruit people. As Distributors, we all get paid on volume of products moved through the NuSkin "supply channel", which is direct from NuSkin warehouses to the customer. The reason we recruit other Distributors, is that NuSkins' compensation plan pays on gross volume of products sold and distributed through the organizations we build. The compensation plan pays Distributors for building an organization that increases volume. Distributors get paid on their organization's volume because we add new Distributors. Our commission rate of 5% of volume increases to 10% with each Distributor that becomes an Executive. This plan that pays for both "levels" of Distributors and "generations" of Executives is the Cadillac in the network marketing industry. The more product we move through our organizations, the more we get paid. It is simple and very lucrative.
